Full detailed damp reports compiled by an independent NZ professional.
Damp cannot always be detected by sight or smell and can seriously affect the longevity of a caravan. Our caravans are not only thoroughly checked by us on purchase (with use of a high grade surveyor’s moisture meter) but are checked again before sale and for most caravans a report is compiled by a New Zealand independent professional. A damp meter is also available for customers to check themselves.
Comprehensive and independent pre sale inspections.
Not only do you get the standard gas cert, electrical WoF and mechanical WoF, every caravan is then checked again before sale. This covers chassis & equipment, suspension, wheels, tyres, brakes, gas system, ventilation, 12 volt system, 230 volt system, water system, external bodywork, internal fixtures, fittings and more.
